  1. What is the best old or new Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 11 for a tween who is studious and would cherish Fortnite running smooth in performance mode?

  2. hi, love the channel btw. I am unable to print with the Surface laptop 7! Canon is all but silent on the issue. Microsoft is no help, blaming the printer manufacturer. I bought a new printer thinking my 5 yr old printer was the issue. nope, seems to be a widespread problem. reviewers have not mentioned this problem at all. This is a big deal. can you please do an update and put this issue out there. or help me fix it… thanks

  3. The "Students" in your video are all incredibly rich for some reason. Have you though about recommending stuff that’s actually worth buying under $400 for example?

  4. What about online college students? I feel like I’m at the Harvey level, but I’m not sure what online programs my classes will require.

  6. If I had 1000 bucks in my pocket lying around then, no shit sherlock, mac would be a good purchase. I’m just tired of these rich ass people who think students can afford these. Complete waste of my time.

  7. Guys, which one i should take?
     LENOVO LOQ 82XV00VGSC / Core i5 12450H, 16GB, 512GB SSD, nVidia GeForce RTX 2050, 15.6" FHD 144Hz IPS

Acer Aspire 7 NH.QN4EX.00A, 15,6 FHD IPS 144Hz, Intel Core i5 12450H, 32GB RAM, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050, Free DOS,

ASUS Vivobook M1505YA-MA130W, 15.6", OLED, AMD Ryzen 7 7730U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, AMD Radeon Graphics, Windows 11 Home,

  8. The Zenbook 14 there is a ‘HS’ after the AMD Ryzen 78840 that indicates that it is a high performance slim, instead of using standard 45W it’ll use 35W so some performance will be compromised for the thermal efficiency and the slimness of the laptop

  9. Went on Microsoft store to check out the Surface Laptop 7, Xplus
Didn’t add any extras just basics
Total came up to $1900 CA after tax

🙃pain. I’m not buying that unfortunately, the currency difference slaps hard. I can afford it, however these companies are literally mass producing computers, probably less than $200 a piece. It doesn’t need to be $1900. 😔

  10. I want to buy a computer for college, but I don’t know the best computer. But I would to be good price not expensive.
Can you please recommend me ?

  11. In my view, the ideal laptop for my scholarly endeavours in the domains of 3D modelling and video editing would be the Asus ROG Strix G16.

  12. For my 4 year Engineering degree I bought the Lenovo Y520-15IKBN (about $1000 from Costco in 2018). This laptop is 5.56 POUNDS! I DID NOT NEED ALL THIS. This was great for snowdays when all classes were cancelled (Like maybe 5 freshman year) and I wanted to game in my dorm. Besides that though, all of the hard engineering programs – you should try to use a school computer. Please buy something low 4lb or lighter. Ya back will thank you (Didn’t enjoy walking up hill 15 mins across campus to class). I’m still using it 6 years later. Battery is gone but figures. Additionally, one of the fans broke the 1st night (like within 3 hours) I got it but that was on me for not returning it. Still ran things well, and now that I think about it, would have done better with Solidworks and Autodesk NASTRAN if I had 2 working fans instead of one haha. I tried to replace the fans in 2021 but they didn’t sell any more fans for my size Y520 anymore.

  13. Hi, im a phd student, so confused wat to buy? Pls help. I want a 13 inch laptop. Lightweight to carry to uni and does the job well. I dont need gaming. Since il be on my laptop most of the time, a laptop that doesnt heat easily + good battery n space.

  14. How does one living in South Africa buy from there links on the website or do you have an alternative site that delivers to South Africa?

The prices of mentioned laptops are much higher

  15. I’m a software engineer working in big tech so I know a thing or two about laptops, all this crap is not necessary. You’re most likely just using your web browser, writing emails, writing essays. You don’t a $1000 dollar Mac to do that. All of that can be done off of a used laptop (e.g. a thinkpad t480) off Ebay for less than $250. Don’t get hustled into this unnecessary consumerism crap

  16. I definitely need a ROG Zeyphrus G16 with a 4090, Maxed out ram, 2Tb storage(then buy another 8TB) for roblox and browsing 🙂

  17. I just bought a HP Victus, the 6550M model. Got it for $375. I call that a fucking W snag for Black Friday merry Christmas me

  18. I have the Lenovo Yoga pro 9i gen 9 and after 3 month the trackpad was making klicky noise. They repaired it and after a werk the noise came back. Can anyone help me what I can do?

  19. fyi my lenovo yoga 9i stopped charging, was something about the multi layer board. I’ve had it only 2 years and cost a little over 2k. Repair was estimated to be more than 1k

  20. I want to get in the IT field, and I’m from india and will start my college next year . Is macbook a good choice as i want to do coding and website developing and will try ai, website developing, and uiux designing, does mac support apps needed for websites developing and coding. I feel macbooks are better for it field

  21. I graduated with a degree in Info Sec 5 years ago. In my opinion, for an IT degree you need:

    1. A 1920 x 1080p or 1920 x 1200p non-touch screen display.
    2. Minimum 16 GB ram
    3. At least 2 USB C (At least 1 being Thunderbolt)
    4. At least 1 USB A
    5. At least 6hr battery life
    6. At least 512 GB SSD
    7. Minimum Quad core CPU
    8. Backlit keyboard
    9. Windows OS
    10. Less than 5 lbs
    11. 13”-16” screen

-HDMI and Ethernet port are nice, but not required
-Touch screens and 2-in-1s are gimmicky
-Higher res is nice, but you may experience scaling issues (especially with VMs). Battery life is also worse
-Software compatibility on a Mac is a nightmare unless you run Bootcamp

It may be ugly, but the Thinkpad is still one of the best business laptops on the market.

  22. Nice if this was for people with a budget of $500.. not everyone could afford a $1,000+ laptop especially students

  23. Hey guys, i’m going into engineering my current notebook is not powerful enough for applications like cad and solidworks. Could i get recommendations?
